1. 概述

「政府機關事求人非官方版」（以下稱「本 App」）是協助查詢政府機關徵才職缺的工具，提供職缺瀏覽、搜尋與篩選、機關目錄、最愛職缺與報名截止提醒、政府行政機關辦公日曆表、待遇試算，以及機關歷史職缺查詢等功能。本 App 非政府官方 App，與行政院人事行政總處或任何政府機關無隸屬關係。

本 App 不需要註冊帳號，我們不會要求你提供姓名、電子郵件、電話或身分證字號等資料。本政策說明本 App 處理哪些資料、用途，以及你的選擇權。

2. 我們處理的資訊

a. 廣告識別碼與使用資料（透過 Google AdMob 與 Vpon）。 本 App 顯示由 Google AdMob（開啟 App 廣告、橫幅廣告、獎勵廣告）與 Vpon（列表中的原生廣告）提供的廣告。在你同意追蹤的情況下（見第 5 節），廣告服務商可能存取裝置的廣告識別碼（IDFA）與相關訊號，用於投放與評估個人化廣告；若你拒絕，則改投放非個人化廣告。廣告 SDK 另可能蒐集裝置型號、作業系統版本、IP 位址、概略位置（由 IP 推估）與廣告互動資料，用於投放、頻率控制、防詐與成效評估，詳見各服務商之政策。

b. 職缺與辦公日曆資料的下載。 職缺資料由本 App 直接從政府開放資料端點（行政院人事行政總處 web3.dgpa.gov.tw）下載；政府行政機關辦公日曆表取自政府資料開放平臺（data.gov.tw）。這些請求與一般瀏覽網頁相同，對方伺服器會接觸到你的 IP 位址，但不包含任何可識別你身分的資料。

c. 本 App 的後端 API（api.daydreamdog.tw）。 機關歷史職缺、用人統計、相似職缺等功能會向我們自架的 API 伺服器查詢。此外，當你開啟職缺詳情時，本 App 會匿名上報一次「該職缺被瀏覽」，只包含職缺編號，不包含任何裝置識別碼、廣告識別碼或帳號資料，用途是統計職缺熱門程度。伺服器因網路連線會接觸到你的 IP 位址，存取記錄僅用於系統維運、除錯與防止濫用，不會與個人身分連結，亦不用於廣告。

d. 版本檢查（Firebase Remote Config）。 本 App 啟動時會透過 Google 的 Firebase Remote Config 取得「最低支援版本」設定，以便在舊版本停止支援時提示你更新。Firebase 會使用一組隨機產生的安裝識別碼（Firebase Installation ID）來完成此請求；此識別碼不用於廣告，亦不會與你的身分連結。

e. 位置（僅在你授權時）。 職缺地圖可以顯示「你目前的位置」，此功能需要你授予「使用 App 期間」的定位權限。位置由 iOS 在你的裝置上處理並顯示於地圖，本 App 不會記錄、儲存或上傳你的位置。為了在地圖上標出工作地點，本 App 會把職缺的工作地址文字送交 Apple 地圖服務（MapKit）查詢座標，該查詢不包含你的位置或身分資料。

f. 行事曆（僅在你授權時）。 「加入行事曆」功能只要求僅限寫入的行事曆權限，用於建立職缺報名期間的事件。本 App 無法讀取你行事曆中的既有內容。

g. 通知（僅在你授權時）。 最愛職缺報名截止提醒為本機推播，在你的裝置上排程與產生，不經過我們的伺服器。

h. 訂閱與購買（若提供）。 本 App 目前未開放訂閱。日後若提供訂閱，購買由 Apple App Store 處理，我們不會取得你的付款資料；訂閱狀態透過 RevenueCat 驗證，RevenueCat 會取得一組匿名的 App 使用者識別碼與購買紀錄（產品、時間、到期日），用於判斷你是否享有訂閱權益與恢復購買。

3. 儲存在你裝置上的資料

下列資料只儲存在你的裝置本機，不會上傳到我們的伺服器：

  • 最愛職缺與最愛機關
  • 報名截止提醒的設定（提前天數與時間）
  • 篩選條件、外觀與其他 App 設定
  • 廣告獎勵解鎖的到期時間
  • 職缺資料快取（供離線或開啟時快速顯示）

本 App 的小工具（Widget）與分享延伸功能透過 iOS 的 App Group 讀取上述本機資料，資料仍留在你的裝置上。

我們不會出售你的個人資料。

5. 廣告追蹤的選擇（App 追蹤透明度）

本 App 啟動後會顯示 Apple 的「App 追蹤透明度」（ATT）詢問視窗，徵求你是否允許為個人化廣告進行追蹤。你可以隨時在 iPhone 的 設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤 變更。拒絕追蹤不會影響本 App 的任何功能，只是廣告會改為非個人化。

6. 你的選擇

  • 定位、行事曆、通知： 可隨時在 iPhone 的「設定」中關閉對應權限。
  • 追蹤／個人化廣告： 見第 5 節。
  • 本機資料： 可在 App 內移除最愛與提醒，或刪除本 App 以清除所有本機資料。

7. 資料保存

本機資料保留至你刪除為止，我們沒有其副本。後端伺服器的存取記錄僅為維運目的短期保存並定期刪除。第三方服務（如 Google、Vpon）依其各自政策保存資料。

8. 跨境傳輸

Google、Apple、RevenueCat 等第三方服務為全球營運，你的 IP 位址、廣告識別碼或安裝識別碼可能在台灣以外（包括美國）的伺服器處理，並受各該服務商的保護措施規範。本 App 的後端伺服器位於日本。

9. 你的權利

  • 台灣（個人資料保護法）： 你得就你的個人資料請求查詢或閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集／處理／利用，或刪除。由於本 App 不需帳號、多數資料只存在你的裝置上，大部分權利可直接在裝置上行使；其他事項請來信聯絡。
  • 歐盟／英國（GDPR）： 你享有存取、更正、刪除、限制處理、資料可攜與反對等權利。個人化廣告以你的同意為法律依據；非個人化廣告、防詐、系統維運與版本檢查以正當利益為依據。你可隨時撤回同意，並向所在地的監管機關申訴。
  • 美國加州（CCPA／CPRA）： 你有知悉、刪除、更正，以及拒絕個人資訊「分享」的權利。我們不會為金錢出售你的資料；但為個人化廣告而與廣告服務商分享廣告識別碼，可能被視為「分享」，拒絕 ATT 追蹤即可退出。

我們不會因你行使上述權利而給予差別待遇。

10. 兒童

本 App 並非以未滿 13 歲之兒童為對象，我們不會在知情下蒐集兒童的個人資料。

11. 本政策的變更

我們可能因功能調整或法規變動更新本政策，「生效日期」會隨之更新。重大變更將於本頁面及 App 內公告。

1. Overview

“政府機關事求人非官方版” (Taiwan Government Jobs, unofficial; “the App”) helps you find job openings posted by Taiwanese government agencies. It offers job browsing, search and filters, an agency directory, favorites with application-deadline reminders, the government office calendar, a salary estimator, and agency job history. The App is not an official government app and is not affiliated with the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA) or any government agency.

The App does not require an account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or national ID. This policy explains what data the App processes, why, and your choices.

2. Information we process

a. Advertising identifiers and usage data (via Google AdMob and Vpon). The App shows ads from Google AdMob (app open, banner, and rewarded ads) and Vpon (native ads in the job list). If you allow tracking (see Section 5), ad providers may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and related signals to deliver and measure personalized ads; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown. Ad SDKs may also collect device model, OS version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement, as described in each provider’s policy.

b. Downloading job and calendar data. Job listings are downloaded directly from the government open-data endpoint (DGPA, web3.dgpa.gov.tw); the government office calendar comes from the Government Open Data Platform (data.gov.tw). As with any web request, those servers see your IP address, but no information identifying you is sent.

c. The App’s backend API (api.daydreamdog.tw). Agency job history, hiring statistics, and similar-job features query our self-hosted API server. When you open a job’s detail page, the App also anonymously reports one “view” of that job, containing only the job ID — no device identifier, advertising identifier, or account data — to measure job popularity. The server sees your IP address as part of the connection; access logs are used only for operations, debugging, and abuse prevention, are not linked to your identity, and are not used for advertising.

d. Version check (Firebase Remote Config). At launch the App uses Google Firebase Remote Config to fetch the minimum supported version, so it can prompt you to update when an old version is no longer supported. Firebase uses a randomly generated installation identifier (Firebase Installation ID) for this request; it is not used for advertising and is not linked to your identity.

e. Location (only with permission). The job map can show your current location if you grant “While Using the App” location access. Your location is handled by iOS on your device and shown on the map; the App does not record, store, or upload your location. To place workplaces on the map, the App sends the job’s address text to Apple Maps (MapKit) to look up coordinates; that query contains neither your location nor your identity.

f. Calendar (only with permission). “Add to Calendar” requests write-only calendar access to create an event for the application period. The App cannot read your existing calendar events.

g. Notifications (only with permission). Application-deadline reminders are local notifications scheduled and generated on your device; they do not pass through our servers.

h. Subscriptions and purchases (if offered). Subscriptions are not currently offered. If they are offered in the future, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and we never receive your payment details. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase records (product, date, expiry) to determine your entitlement and restore purchases.

3. Data stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to our servers:

  • Favorite jobs and favorite agencies
  • Deadline reminder settings (days in advance and time)
  • Filters, appearance, and other app settings
  • The expiry time of the rewarded-ad unlock
  • Cached job data (for fast display at launch or offline)

The App’s widget and share extension read this local data through an iOS App Group; the data stays on your device.

4. Third-party services

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Ad tracking choices (App Tracking Transparency)

After launch, the App shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking whether you allow tracking for personalized ads. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not limit any feature of the App; you will simply see non-personalized ads.

6. Your choices

  • Location, calendar, notifications: turn off the corresponding permission anytime in iOS Settings.
  • Tracking / personalized ads: see Section 5.
  • Local data: remove favorites and reminders in the App, or delete the App to erase all local data.

7. Retention

Local data is kept until you delete it; we hold no copy. Backend access logs are kept briefly for operational purposes and deleted periodically. Third parties (e.g., Google, Vpon) retain data under their own policies.

8. International transfers

Third-party services such as Google, Apple, and RevenueCat operate globally, so your IP address, advertising identifier, or installation identifier may be processed on servers outside Taiwan (including the United States), subject to those providers’ safeguards. The App’s backend servers are located in Japan.

9. Your rights

  • Taiwan (Personal Data Protection Act): you may request to inquire about or review, obtain a copy of, supplement or correct, stop the collection/processing/use of, or delete your personal data. Because the App has no accounts and most data stays on your device, most rights can be exercised directly on your device; for anything else, email us.
  • EU/UK (GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Personalized advertising is based on your consent; non-personalized ads, fraud prevention, operations, and version checks are based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent anytime and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sharing.” We do not sell your data for money; sharing advertising identifiers with ad providers for personalized ads may be considered “sharing,” and declining ATT tracking opts you out.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or laws change; the effective date will be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page and in the App.
