1. 接受條款
下載或使用「政府機關事求人非官方版」（以下稱「本 App」）即表示你同意本使用條款、本 App 的隱私權政策，以及 Apple 的標準使用者授權合約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement，https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ ）。本條款為前述合約之補充；若你不同意，請勿使用本 App。
2. 非官方聲明
本 App 為個人開發者製作的非官方應用程式，並非政府機關所提供，與行政院人事行政總處、事求人機關徵才系統或任何政府機關均無隸屬、代理或合作關係。本 App 不代表任何政府機關發言。
3. 資料來源與正確性
- 職缺資料來自行政院人事行政總處之政府開放資料；政府行政機關辦公日曆表來自政府資料開放平臺，均依「政府資料開放授權條款」（https://data.gov.tw/license ）使用。
- 職缺內容可能因資料更新時間差、原機關修正或撤回公告而與實際情形不同。報名資格、期間、方式及應備文件，一律以徵才機關之原公告為準，請於報名前自行查證。
- 待遇試算依本 App 內建之俸額表與加給標準估算，僅供參考，不代表實際核支金額；實際待遇以銓敘部及人事行政總處最新公告與任職機關核定為準。
- 報名截止提醒為本機推播，可能因裝置設定、通知權限、系統省電或 App 被刪除而未能送達，不應作為唯一的報名期限依據。
- 機關歷史職缺與統計資料為本 App 自行彙整之紀錄，可能不完整。
4. 授權
在符合 Apple App Store 條款的範圍內，你獲得個人、非商業、不可轉讓、非專屬之授權，得於你擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上使用本 App。
5. 使用規範
你同意不從事下列行為：
- 以自動化程式大量存取、擷取或轉售本 App 或其後端 API（
api.daydreamdog.tw）之資料； - 干擾、破壞或試圖未經授權存取本 App、其伺服器或相關網路；
- 對本 App 進行還原工程、反編譯或反組譯，但法律明文允許者不在此限；
- 以欺騙手段取得廣告獎勵，或以任何方式製造無效的廣告曝光或點擊；
- 其他違反中華民國法律之行為。
違反上述規範者，我們得限制或停止其使用本 App 之部分或全部功能。
6. 廣告與廣告獎勵
- 本 App 免費提供，並顯示由第三方（Google AdMob、Vpon）提供之廣告。廣告內容由廣告服務商負責，不代表本 App 之推薦或保證。
- 你可自願觀看獎勵廣告，完整看完後解鎖進階功能（例如機關歷史職缺查詢）12 小時；解鎖期間可再次觀看以延長，累計剩餘時間上限為 48 小時。實際時數與上限以 App 內顯示為準。
- 廣告獎勵為 App 內之使用權益，不具現金價值、不得轉讓或兌換，且不包含移除廣告。
- 廣告是否可供觀看取決於廣告服務商之庫存，我們不保證隨時可用。我們得調整、暫停或終止廣告獎勵機制，已發放之解鎖時間原則上不受影響。
7. 訂閱（若提供）
本 App 目前未開放訂閱。日後若提供自動續訂之訂閱方案：
- 付款將於確認購買時向你的 Apple ID 帳號收取；
- 除非於當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱將自動續訂，並於當期結束前 24 小時內收取續訂費用；
- 你可於購買後至 iPhone「設定 → [你的名字] → 訂閱項目」管理或取消訂閱；
- 價格、期間與方案內容以購買當時 App Store 顯示者為準；退款依 Apple 政策處理；
- 更換裝置或重新安裝後，可透過 App 內的「恢復購買」回復訂閱權益。
8. 智慧財產權
本 App 之程式、介面設計、圖示及編排等，除政府開放資料及第三方素材外，其權利均屬提供者所有。政府開放資料依其授權條款使用，其權利歸屬原提供機關。
9. 無擔保
本 App 及其所有內容均以**「現況」及「現有」**方式提供，不附任何明示或默示之擔保，包括但不限於正確性、完整性、即時性、可用性或特定用途之適用性。本 App 可能因政府資料來源異動、網路或伺服器問題而暫時無法使用。
10. 責任限制
在法律允許之最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所生之任何直接、間接、附帶、衍生或特殊損害——包括但不限於因資料錯誤、延遲或遺漏而錯過報名、未獲錄取或其他損失——提供者均不負賠償責任。但因提供者之故意或重大過失所致，或依法不得排除之責任，不在此限。
11. 第三方服務與外部連結
本 App 使用第三方服務（如 Google、Vpon、Apple、RevenueCat），並可能開啟外部網站（如機關報名頁面）。我們不對該等服務或網站之內容、可用性或隱私作法負責，你的使用亦受其各自條款規範。
12. 服務變更與終止
我們得隨時新增、修改、暫停或終止本 App 之全部或部分功能，無須事先通知。你可隨時刪除本 App 以終止使用。
13. 條款變更
我們得修訂本條款，「生效日期」將隨之更新，重大變更將於本頁面及 App 內公告。變更後你繼續使用本 App，即視為同意修訂後之條款。
14. 準據法與管轄
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院；但消費者保護法或其他強制規定另有規定者，從其規定。

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using “政府機關事求人非官方版” (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use, the App’s Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These Terms supplement that agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Unofficial app
The App is an unofficial app made by an independent developer. It is not provided by any government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA), its job posting system, or any government agency.
3. Data sources and accuracy
- Job listings come from DGPA open data; the government office calendar comes from the Government Open Data Platform, both used under the Open Government Data License (https://data.gov.tw/license).
- Listings may differ from reality due to update delays or agencies revising or withdrawing notices. Eligibility, application periods, procedures, and required documents are governed solely by the hiring agency’s original notice; please verify before applying.
- The salary estimator uses built-in pay scales and allowance tables and is for reference only; actual pay is determined by the latest official announcements and the employing agency.
- Deadline reminders are local notifications and may not be delivered due to device settings, notification permissions, power saving, or deletion of the App. Do not rely on them as your only record of deadlines.
- Agency job history and statistics are compiled by the App and may be incomplete.
4. License
Subject to the Apple App Store terms, you are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated means to bulk access, scrape, or resell data from the App or its backend API (
api.daydreamdog.tw); - interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related networks;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where expressly permitted by law;
- obtain ad rewards by fraudulent means or generate invalid ad impressions or clicks in any way;
- otherwise violate the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
We may restrict or suspend access to some or all features for violations.
6. Advertising and ad rewards
- The App is free and displays ads from third parties (Google AdMob, Vpon). Ad content is the responsibility of the ad providers and does not constitute our endorsement.
- You may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad and, after watching it in full, unlock premium features (such as agency job history) for 12 hours. You may watch again during the unlock to extend it, up to a maximum of 48 hours remaining. The durations shown in the App control.
- Ad rewards are in-app access rights with no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged; they do not remove ads.
- Availability of rewarded ads depends on ad provider inventory and is not guaranteed. We may adjust, suspend, or end the ad reward program; unlock time already granted will generally not be affected.
7. Subscriptions (if offered)
Subscriptions are not currently offered. If auto-renewable subscriptions are offered in the future:
- payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
- the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions;
- prices, periods, and plan details are as shown on the App Store at the time of purchase; refunds are handled under Apple’s policies;
- after changing devices or reinstalling, use “Restore Purchases” in the App to recover your subscription.
8. Intellectual property
Except for government open data and third-party materials, all rights in the App’s code, interface design, icons, and layout belong to the Provider. Government open data is used under its license, and rights remain with the originating agencies.
9. No warranty
The App and all its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to changes in government data sources or network or server issues.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App — including missed applications, unsuccessful applications, or other losses due to inaccurate, delayed, or missing data — except for liability arising from the Provider’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Third-party services and links
The App uses third-party services (such as Google, Vpon, Apple, and RevenueCat) and may open external websites (such as agency application pages). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
12. Changes to and termination of the service
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms; the effective date will be updated, and material changes will be announced on this page and in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory provisions.
